Bloemer, Victor G. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Saturday, June 16, 2012. Cherished husband of Shirley J. Bloemer (nee Humphery) for 58 years; dearest father of Carolyn Beck, Joanie Hollensbe, Kathy (the late Dale) Range, and Vicki Brass; dear PaPa of Nancy Beck and Lindsey Christopherson; great Grandpa of A.J. and Cameron Emily, Trace Victor, and Tessa Christopherson; brother of Carolyn Bilyeu and the late Mary Jo Burke; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Mr. Bloemer attended St. Xavier High School and Bellarmine College, served in the U.S. Army at Fort Gordon in Augusta, GA, taught himself to be a pilot and was a Captain for Ozark and TWA Airlines, and was a member of Ozark Silver Swallows, retired from TWA in 1993. Served on the Bridgeton Police Commission Board. Member of Elks Lodge #9. The family would like to thank Westchester Springbridge and DeGreef Hospice for their kindness and compassion
