Beloved husband of the late Mildred S. Behrle (nee Schaefer) for 57 yrs; dearest father of Russell (Elaine), Ronald (the late Jean), Robert Behrle, Ruth (Ricky) Fix and the late Richard (survived by Maureen) Behrle; dear grandfather of Dennis, Wayne, Lisa (Cole), Scott, Keith and Tracy (Reust); great-grandfather of Morgan, Reid and Haylie; brother of Peggy Ann (Richard) Mosier and the late Charles (survived by Dolores) Behrle; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Alvin was a member of District 9, Machinist’s Union Local 777 for 50+ yrs. and a member of American Legion Post 338 (Overland, MO).

Funeral Tuesday, January 22, 10:30 AM from COLLIER’S Funeral Home 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann) to Holy Trinity Parish 3500 St. Luke Ln. (St. Ann) for 11 AM Mass. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Mark Twain Lake Visitors & Educational Resource Center Committee for Disabled Hunts. Visitation Monday 5-8 PM. 10th District Guard of Honor Service 7 PM.
