Aileen R. Derhake wife of Robert B. Derhake Sr. for over 69 years, partner in life and adventure, passed away, surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. She joins her partner now.
Born September 16, 1932 in St. Louis, Mo. Married on April 15, 1952. After his return from Korea, they built a house together in St. Ann, Mo., Where they raised their family of 7 children, which has grown to include spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She loved having family around, and would often find a reason to have everyone over. She enjoyed traveling, quilting and making wine.
She was a loving Mom, Mother-in-law, Grandma, and Great-Grandma. Children: Bob Jr. (MaryAnne) Derhake, Joe (Jeannie) Derhake, Steve (June) Derhake, Mary Ewald, Mike (Kathy) Derhake, Debbie (Mike) Himmelsbach, John (Mary) Derhake, Paul (Kaye) Kleeschulte.
Grandchildren: Joe, Katie, Ryan, Jenny, Rick, Sarah, Beth, Bob III, Brian, Michael J., Molly, Theresa, Melissa, Jerry, Jessica, Amanda, Nicole, Allison, Jake, Ben, Tony, Lori, Samantha, Tom, Becky and Jill. Great-Grandchildren: Cassie, Alissa, Wilson, Ean, Matt, Benton, Alex, Henry, Lauren Andrew, Aeric, Shawn, Maddie, Emily, Audrey, Elijah, Bailee, Kendra, Tim, Ruth, Clare, Brice, James, Lela, Gianna, Olivia, TJ, Adreanna, Forrest, Owen, Benny, Lilly, Bob IV, JP, Ryan, Beatrice, Becca, Aleah, Nova, Hannah, Graham, Conner, Michael, Kyle, Marea, Eli, and Sam.

Memorial visitation Tuesday, January 16, 4:00-8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Memorial service Wednesday, January 17, 9:00 AM at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 110 N. Warson Rd. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
