Albertha Marcella Schepers (nee Sanning) Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Saturday, June 10, 2023.

Beloved daughter of the late Albert Sanning and Jelitta Fork of Jefferson City; dearest wife of the late Raymond Schepers of Iberia, MO; loving mother of Jeff (Lisa) and John (Marie) Schepers of St. Louis, MO; Grandmother of Mathew Schepers, Nichole Browning, and Samantha Millner; great-grandmother of Albert, Lidia, Mathew, and Juliette Schepers, and Jackson, and Cater Millner; sister of Anthony Sanning, Dorothy Sanning, Janette Boeckman, Louis Bonnot, and Freda (Wilber) Krogstad; our dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Albertha lived a full life, beginning as a country girl, doing her homework by candlelight. She didn't know what pizza was until 1960. Albertha went to work after 8th grade to help support her family. She first met her husband Raymond at a dance, where he followed her home (He thought she was beautiful). After moving to St. Louis, work and family life flourished for them. She will walk forever with Christ.

Memorial visitation Saturday, June 17, 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 AM at Holy Spirit Church, 3130 Parkwood Ln (Maryland Heights). Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Following the graveside service all are welcome back to enjoy sandwiches with the family at 3814 Vincentian Lane, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
