Ann Louise McVehil

November 18, 1937 - August 31, 2021

Ann Louise McVehil, beloved wife of the late W. Richard McVehil, passed away August 31, 2021 and went home to be with the Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Ann Holston, daughter Kathi and granddaughter Jessica. Ann is the dear mother of Lisa (Chris) Moore, Gay (Ben) Hynds, and Jeffery (Meredith) McVehil. Ann is the cherished Grannie to grandchildren, Danny, Melissa, Madison, Lindsay, Benjamin, Rachel, Alec, Charlie, Christian, and great-grandchildren Brinley, Mason and Piper.

Ann enjoyed Bible study, working on craft projects, her bridge group and was a great baker, especially Christmas cookies, including the favorite nut rolls. She had a big heart for rescue animals and following the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team. She was a loving person who showed kindness to all and will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend to many.

Memorial contributions may be made to Catch-22 Foundation. This foundation was founded by Mike Matheny to give back to the community, to build handicapped accessible baseball fields.
