Barbara Ann Moeller, June 7, 1953 to July 19, 2026. Adored wife of 54 years to Mayor Michael Moeller (City of Maryland Heights). Loving daughter of the late Edward & Dolores Wipfler; dear daughter-in-law of the late Wilber & Mildred Moeller; beloved mother to Christopher (Danielle) Moeller, Michelle Moeller and Kurt Moeller; best Nana to Kenzie Ann Moeller and Summer Loraine-Mack. Sister-in-law to Kimberly Petersen; mother to all who needed one. Dear aunt and cousin to many.

Barb loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She enjoyed looking at the lake, boating, fishing and a good margarita. Barb decorated for every holiday, especially Christmas. She was instrumental in the incorporation of the City of Maryland Heights and making it a better place for her friends and neighbors. She was a huge part of the Maryland Heights Senior St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon for more than 41 years. She will be forever loved and missed by all.

Visitation Friday, July 24, 4:00-8:00 PM at COLLIER’S Funeral Home, 3400 North Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Procession Saturday, July 25, 10:30 AM from Collier’s Funeral Home to Maryland Heights Government Center for a service at 11:00 AM. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mercy Health Foundation Hospice Fund, 615 S. New Ballas Rd. St. Louis, MO 63141-8221.
