On Friday, January 22, 2021, Barbara Withrow, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt passed away at age 74.  Barbara was born on January 24, 1946 in Jacksonville, FL to James and Estelle Hall, the oldest of six children.  She is survived by her husband Lynn, daughter Elizabeth (Scott) Brands, grandchildren Emily and Andrew Brands, and brother Victor Hall of Jacksonville, FL.  Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Karen Cain, her brother Kevin Hall, and two siblings who died in early childhood.

Visitation and Prayer Service Monday February 1, 9:30 am at Colliers Funeral Home 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann).  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to The Arthritis Foundation.
