Betty J. Lesinski

Born to this life December 5, 1930

Entered eternal life February 28, 2022

Betty (Wells) Lesinski went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2022 at the age of 91. She was the beloved wife of Walter A. Lesinski for 66 years, before his passing in 2014. She had one son, Walter M. Lesinski, who passed away in 2004. Betty is survived by her daughters, Victoria (Joseph) Stone, Jill (Steve) Huber, 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Paul, Julia, Curt, Karla, Lauren, Josh, and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Clara Wells, and brother Douglas Wells.

Betty and Walter were married in 1949 and both graduated from University City High School. They eventually moved to St. Ann, MO and were members of St. Kevin Catholic Church.

She was an avid oil painter, loved music and singing up until her last days, enjoyed gardening in her yard and had many hobbies.

They had a weekend home at Lake Sherwood for many years on the lake with a pontoon boat where the family was able to enjoy all the outdoor activities and celebrations.

Betty was an active and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother whose family was very important to her. She will be missed by friends and all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions could be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Visitation and funeral services will be a private family celebration, as well as the interment at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
