Bruno was born on September 28, 1926 to Helen and Witold Mroczkowski. He joined the Navy during World War II and served as a Machinist Mate 3 on the USS Paricutin. He worked as a Machinist for many years, first for Moloney Electric and ultimately for Ameren. He retired from Ameren in 1991. He lost his beloved wife of over 67 years, Irene earlier this year. Beloved father of Sandy Nieweg, Paul Mroczkowski (Jon Hunt), Jeanne (Steve) Norris, Sue Minie, Beth Riedler and Tom Mroczkowski. Beloved grandfather of Jeremey Maue, Jaimey Minie, Steve (Tanya) Norris and Erik Norris. Great grandfather of Zach, Conner and Sean. He was a wonderful brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and friend to many. Bruno was a devout Catholic who loved his family. He loved to fix and create unique items to solve problems. His smile and personality won over those who met him. He will be missed.
