On December 12, 2020, Charles "Harry" Thomas III, Loving father of four daughters, passed away at the age of 78.  Harry was born September 22, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to Charles and Juanita (Feltz) Thomas.  He was a US Navy and Vietnam Veteran serving on the USS Reeves. He was a lifelong plumber beginning with the family business, C.H. Thomas and Son Plumbing Co. in Bel-Ridge.  He retired from the Pipefitter/Plumbing Union at age 62.  In 1969, Harry married Jacqueline (Timpe) Thomas and had two (2) daughters Tina and Cara.  Later, remarried and had two (2) more daughters, Libby and Irene.

Harry was an active member at VFW Post 3944 as Chaplain, Head of Maintenance, and Rifle Team honoring Veterans. He was an ordained minister through the Christian Harvest Church.  Throughout his life he was an avid gardener, enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, hunting, and loved his cats and dogs.  He was known for his wealth of knowledge in all things mechanical, storytelling, and having a large heart.

Harry is survived by his Uncle James Feltz (95); two (2) sisters, Sue Chamberlain and Linda Hickman; his four daughters, Tina (Chris) Carmichael, Cara (Leonard) Toedebusch, Libby (Sam) Baltz, and Irene Thomas; his two (2) granddaughters Hanna and Evelyn Toedebusch; and his nieces Christa, Mackenzie, and Melissa.  He was truly surrounded by women.

Harry loved God, his Family, his Friends, his Guns, and his Country!  He was genuinely a good man!
