Danie Lee Beard, 71, of St. Ann, Missouri, passed away on February 28, 2026. He was born on September 23, 1954, in DuQuoin, Illinois, and lived a life marked by creativity, craftsmanship, and a passion for building.

Danie was a retired self-employed contractor for Jackson Brothers Vending. His career reflected his resourcefulness and skill, qualities that also shone through in his hobbies and personal pursuits. After retiring in 2011, alongside his son Derek, he devoted himself to his true passion, designing and building custom motorcycles and hotrods. Along with his exceptional talent for fabrication and welding, Danie had a remarkable ability to bring ideas to life with his hands, resulting in the creation of numerous hotrods, racecars, and engines that reflected his dedication to precision and artistry. His work not only showcased his technical expertise but also his deep passion for innovation and design.

Danie is survived by his loving wife, Sheree; his son, Derek; his brothers, Dave (Connie), Gary and Mark Beard; his grandson, Danie Beard; and multiple nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Wanda and Donald Beard; his brother Mike Beard; and his grandson Wyatt Lee Beard.

Danie's legacy endures through the vehicles he built and the cherished memories he created with those who knew him. A Wake will be held on March 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Ann, Missouri.
