David Thomas Bradley, 74, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024.
Born to the late Melba McGee and John Paul Bradley on December 17, 1949, in St. Louis, MO, David attended Eureka High School before entering the U.S. Army and serving in Vietnam. He held a long career as a computer technician for AT&T and NCR, but his true passion was music. A self-taught musician with the ability to play by ear, David spent over 40 years as a lead guitarist and vocalist for several bands including Candy, The Agents, SST, and Steel City. As a vibrant entertainer with a sense of humor, David lived to make others laugh. He will be remembered as a devoted husband and loving father.
Preceded in death by his mother, father, stepmother June Dalton Bradley and brother Dennis Hicks. Survived by his loving wife of 40 years Mary (Patterson) Bradley, daughter Kristina Bradley, son David Alexander Bradley, sisters Cheryl Bradley and Toni Daffron, and brother John Bradley (and wife Nancy), along with nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation Thursday, April 25th 11:00 AM until time of Memorial Service 1:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
