Destin began his military service with the United States Army Reserve May 23, 2011. During which he received a National Defense ribbon, Army Reserve Achievement medal and an Army Reserve Comp Achievement medal while serving as an Intel Specialist. While still serving with the United States Army Reserves, Destin began working for the Potosi Correctional Center in September of 2019. He loved his job and the people he has worked with.

Beloved son of Van and Eileen Fulton; dearest brother of Becky (Enrique) Cabanas Alcantara and Jason (Nicole) Fulton; dear uncle of DeAnna Cabanas Alcantara, Enrique Cabanas Alcantara Jr., Brooklyn Fulton, and Kensley Fulton; grandson of Joan Fulton; nephew of Becky Smith, Martha (Aaron) Rampani; Janine (Mark) Nellesen; our dear cousin and a friend to many.

Destin is a much loved son and brother.

Memorial visitation Saturday, July 17, 11:00 until time of the memorial service, 1:00 PM, at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann).
