Edna R. Wucher (nee Erzfeld), 93, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.  Beloved wife of the late Herman J. Wucher.  Beloved daughter of the late Henry and Rose Erzfeld.  She was preceded in death by infant son Charles, sisters Mildred Enke, Valeria Schloss, Genevieve Leible, and brothers Elliot Erzfeld, Martin Erzfeld, Herman Erzfeld.  Edna is survived by her sister, Rose Bueltemann, dear mother of Ron (Anita) Wucher, Sharon Ray, Deborah (late John III) Daffron, Cindy (Mike) Quinn, Nancy (Dennis Davenport) Schramm, Tina (Gary) Wolf, Karen (Todd) Stickney, and Mark Wucher.  Edna was the loving grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 12.  Loving aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend.

Edna loved having her family visit to spend time to talk.  She blessed them with baking and cooking. Some of their favorites:  cinnamon rolls, pancakes on Friday, eggs and bacon on Sunday mornings, fried chicken, the BEST carrot cake, Thanksgiving dinner, and sweet pretzels on New Year's Day. She enjoyed gardening and cultivated and canned many tomatoes, green beans and pickles over the years.  She harvested full sized pie pumpkins from her mother-in-law's garden, along with grape vines, and was successful in continuing to grow them throughout her life.  Additionally, she planted a wonderful flower garden, with cuttings of climbing roses and box wood bushes.  Her Catholic religion was very important to her, and she was a member of Holy Spirit Church. The world will be less lush without her in it. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
