Loving husband of 57 years to Mary Ellen (nee Conrad). The best father to Elizabeth (Andy) Palombo, Bill (Pam) Hogan, Tim (Anna) Hogan and Michael Hogan. Proud grandfather to Dr. Danny, Bobby, Kevin, Abby & Marie Hogan, Dom, Cara & Ellie Palombo. Brother to Barb Pavelka, Charlie Conrad, and the late Tom and Rev. Tim Hogan. Devoted son to William and Catherine Hogan. Fred was a compassionate dentist, grateful member of AA, Jeopardy TV contestant, tennis superstar, and a dedicated friend to many. He loved the NY Times crossword, golf and spending time with his family and friends. He was one of a kind; a resilient man who faced every challenge in life with dignity and courage.
