Schrader, Jean E. "Jeanne" (nee Stratman) asleep in Jesus on Wed. Dec. 23, 2020 at the age of 87.

Preceded in death by her parents Glen and Lydia (DeFoe) Stratman; beloved wife of 49 years to the late Allen D.; dear mother of Sandra J. Schott, Robert A. (Karen), the late Debra. S. Lienemann (Dean); loving grandmother of Brian L. (JoAnn) Schott, Jennifer L. Tanner, Alexandra K. (Michael) Wagener, Jacquelyn J. and Erik C. Schrader; great-grandmother of her "special girl" Brandi Lynne Schott and Justin Meyer; only sister of a terrific brother, James H. (Marlene) Stratman Sr.

Al and Jean owned and operated a local excavating company (A. D. Schrader Excav.) until his health problems in 1992. They also resided in the same home they built in St. Ann in 1951, until their deaths. The property was owned by Al's grandfather and all three of the Schrader children, as well as two grandchildren remain on the same property, that had been family owned. It was always a close and devoted family that cared very much for one another.

Jean also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Jean was a lifelong member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Overland, MO.

Visitation will be private due to Covid restrictions.
