John G. Glore, 87, of Bridgeton, MO passed away surrounded by love on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. John was born on November 29, 1935 in Irondale, MO.

John is survived by his sister, Barbara Pruitt; loving grandchildren, Joshua Rampani, Danielle (Mike) Giannakis, Lyndsay (Brandon) Kalista, and Kelsey (Danny) Trankler; adoring great grandchildren, Faith Giannakis, Owen and Madelyn Kalista; cherished son-in-law, Ralph Rampani, daughter-in-law, Joyce Glore; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Esther Glore; sister, Ellen Pratt; brother Curtis Glore, Jr.; beloved wife of 62 years, Helen Glore; cherished children, Karen Rampani and Marvin Glore.

John worked for General Motors for over 50 years. He enjoyed hobbies such as hunting, fishing, farming, gardening, bee keeping and making the best homemade honey. Everyone who knew John knew how loving and compassionate he was. He would do anything for his family, friends and community. John was a family man and enjoyed making precious memories with them. His love for his late wife Helen was unconditional. They created a beautiful life together and made endless memories.

John lived a long, beautiful and fulfilling life. He is now at peace and reunited with his family. John will be forever loved and forever remembered by all who knew him.

Visitation Wednesday, October 25, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Service and Interment Thursday, 10:00 AM at Hopewell Cemetery (Irondale, MO) under the direction of John Moore Funeral Home .
