Kathleen (Kathy) Basile passed away peacefully on January 18th at home, surrounded by her family. Kathy was a devoted wife to the late Mick Basile for 66 years and loving mother to her children: Mike (Debbie) Basile, Maria (Mike) Mayfield, Tony (Lori) Basile, Colleen (Mike) Maguire, and Alicia Binford (Rick).

She was a loving and proud Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. While raising five children, Kathy served as an alderwoman for the City of Dellwood for many years. She went on to run the Bus Committee at Good Shepherd Grade School, worked at Essen Hardware in Dellwood, worked at Enterprise, and eventually volunteered at Barnes - St. Peters Hospital.

Kathy enjoyed helping people, was known for her sense of humor and her kind heart, and made her home full of life. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.

Memorial Visitation Tuesday, February 3rd 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 2 Seton Ct. (St. Charles).
