Beloved daughter of Patricia A. Palmer and of the late Cecil C. Palmer. Loving mother of Benjamin Kulage, Charles Kulage, and Francis Kulage Jr. Grandmother to Charles Kulage II. Dear friend to many and will be greatly missed.
Visitation Thursday, August 11, 10:00 AM until time of funeral service 12:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
