Leonard was happily married to Adele A. Prouhet in 1957; dearest father of Joe (Lori), Paul (Elaine), Lawrence (Shirlee) Prouhet, the late Leonard G. Prouhet, and Jennifer Eggemeyer; dear grandfather of Sarah (Rob) Hoffman, Joseph S. Prouhet, Mary (Thomas) Williams, Paul A. (Amanda) Prouhet, Julie Prouhet (Dillon Wright), Roxane Prouhet, Samual Prouhet, Julie Diveley, Justin (Kassi) Eggemeyer, Austin (Tori) Eggemeyer, Victoria Eggemeyer; great-grandfather of Caleb, Matthew, Clara, Elliott, Grayson, Nora, Leo, Harley, Rylee, Ameerah, Oliver, Shepard, and Wells; our dear brother, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Leonard Prouhet was a long time devoted member of St. Martin de Porres Church in Hazelwood, was born into a farming family, married a farmer, and entered into heaven as a farmer. He also loved polka music, dancing, laughing, helping others laugh, and was a Father figure to many.

Funeral Saturday, August 5, 9:30 a.m. from COLLIER'S Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann) to St. Martin de Porres Church, 615 Dunn Rd. (Hazelwood). Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
