Maisy Grace Pina

Maisy passed peacefully in her mother's arms on December 20th, at 8 months old. Beloved daughter of Luis Pina and Darby Casey; dearest sister and best friend to Ellie Marie, cherished granddaughter of Isidro and Petra Pina and Don and Mary Casey; precious niece to Natali, Katie, and Diego Pina and Emily Casey.

"There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains."

Maisy's strength and resilience were an inspiration to all who met her. Maisy had the brightest eyes and the most contagious smile. She remained smiling through even the most challenging times. She touched so many lives in her short time on earth. She was a fighter until the very end.

Maisy's family would like to thank the medical staff at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital, who provided incredible, compassionate care to their sweet Maisy and to the entire family.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation.

Maisy's visitation will be held at Collier's Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 28th from 4pm-8pm. Maisy's funeral mass will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 29th at 10am. All are welcome!
