Beloved husband of 35 years to Eileen Fulton (nee McNally); dearest father of Becky (Enrique) Cabanas Alcantara, Jason (Nicole) Fulton, and the late Destin Fulton; loving grandfather of DeAnna Cabanas Alcantara, Enrique Cabanas Alcantara Jr., Brooklyn Fulton, and Kensley Fulton; brother of Becky Smith, Martha (Aaron) Rampani, Janine (Mark) Nellesen, Tammy Westhoelter, and the late David (Linda) Fulton; brother-in-law of Tom (Marybeth) McNally; our dear uncle, cousin, and friend.

Van was born June 19, 1956 to the late Marvin and Mildred Fulton in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He later went on to serve in the United States Navy before taking on a career with Boeing. Van has many passions in life including motorcycles, woodworking, and SCUBA diving.
