Mary Lee Black died peacefully at home with loved ones at her side in Maryland Heights MO on November 6, 2021.

Mary was born on June 1, 1934, in Goodwater, Missouri. Loving wife of the late Floyd Black for 70 years: survived by her sister Margaret Draper.

Devoted and loving mother to Vickie, Steven, Carol and Brenda and grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many.

Major influences in Mary's life were her Christian Faith and active membership at Grace Church (where she served as a greeter for years) in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Mary was proceeded in death by her husband Floyd Black, by her parents Robert Frazier and Gladys Boulch, her brother Bertis Boulch, her sister Gladine Dike.

Mary showed how life was to be lived to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren by setting a constant example for them.

She loved to take walks and travel extensively with her husband Floyd. They took their RVs all over the country. They were the perfect couple.

Mary loved her family and friends and she expressed that with the care she showed to each of them. Mary was an excellent homemaker and expressed that most openly during the Holidays around the house, where she loved to decorate and cook and shared much love with her family. She was an excellent cook. Her pies and cakes were legendary.

Mary will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all those that knew her.

Memorial Service, Friday November 19 ^th , Visitation 10 AM to 11 AM, Memorial Service at 11 AM at Grace Church 2695 Creve Coeur Mill Road, Maryland Heights MO.
