Michael Anthony Jordan
January 9, 1960 - October 21, 2023

Beloved father of Emily Francisco and Andrew (Trisha) Jordan; loving grandfather of Leland Francisco and Luke Jordan; brother of Rick (LaVona) Jordan, Nancy (Dick) Davidson, Kathy (Steve) Davis, the late Jeff Jordan, and the late Jim (survived by Genny) Jordan; long time partner of Mary Croft; Dearest son of the late Dick and Lorraine Jordan; and a dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Michael worked with his father and brothers at the family service station, inheriting it from his father until 2011 with the passing of his brother Jeff. They were known to repair cars, tow cars, and plow snow when the job was needed. Michael even drove a limo for a separate company for a few years.

In his spare time, Michael had many hobbies and passions. From playing wallyball every Wednesday to photography, writing, fishing, Skydiving, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. There was rarely a time you would find him without his camera. He loved taking pictures of people and of nature. He spent may days at Creve Coeur Lake and Busch Wildlife with his fishing pole in hand. Though he hadn't in almost 4 decades, you could ask him about his time skydiving.

During the 70's and 80's you may have seen him travelling with some small bands as a rodie. He loved music and had a passion for it. Michael also acted in several short films and a couple web series. His short film "Picture in the House" was shown at the HP Lovecraft Film Festival.

After a Tsunami devistated the country of Sri Lanka in 2006, Michael Spent some time in the country helping families as they worked to rebuild houses with Service International.

Memorial visitation Friday, November 17, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Memorial Service Saturday, November 18, 11:00 AM at Collier's Funeral Home.
