—
As the years passed, Mike made the most beautiful memories.
Weekends at his lake house, cruising on the boat, father-daughter dances, and giant root beer floats.
Adopting furry friends and cheering on the Cards, midnight boat rides always under the stars.
Holidays and weekends, even Tuesdays were fun. Mike saw to that - his heart was for everyone.
Big promotions at work and amazing awards, celebrating life's victories on cruises aboard.
Cook outs and poker nights, Godzilla marathons. Chinese food and road trips with Johnny Cash sing-a-longs.
Saturday snuggles with his two favorite girls, picnics at the park, and roller coasters that thrilled.
He saw the world by ocean and land, taking it all in every way he can.
He saw his daughter grow, marry, and love. He beamed at the mother she's become.
His granddaughter breathed life into his soul. And his son-in-law was simply so much more.
Thursday night movies with his very best friends, the guys just like him: the most wonderful men.
Making the most out of the darkest days. "that's what it takes to make it," he'd always say.
Shenanigans and bell ringing, Hawaiian shirts and jokes. Heroic words, full of hope.
A legacy and legend, more than a man. An inspiration and leader, someone who held your hand.
