Norman ("Norm") C. Johnson, of Hazelwood, MO, from Shelby, MI, peacefully went home to the Lord on July 2, 2021 with his children by his side. Preceded in death by his wife Janet Johnson (nee: Konopka), his parents Carl & Mamie Johnson, sister Donna Kraley, and brother-in-law Jerry Carnes. Dear brother of Marilyn Carnes, Linda (Richard) Kinstner, and brother-in-law Allan Kraley; Devoted father of Tracey (Steve) Branstetter, Dean (Kristi) Johnson; Stepfather to Dennis (Lacie) Davis, Karen (Dan) Kierath, Vicki (Jason) Woelfel; Grandfather of Taylor (Tony Liccardi), Carly, and Hannah Branstetter and Anna, Norman, Abi Jo Johnson, and Amy and Danny Kierath and Jeff and Jake Woelfel. Great Grandfather of Olivia Blase. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Norm was born on August 28, 1945 and helped on his family farm through high school. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1963-1967. After serving, he moved to St. Louis to start his career as a Diesel Truck Mechanic. In retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family, wood working, craft fairs, garage sales, and puzzles.

As per Norm's request, a private service will be held in Michigan in June 2022. The family is not asking for flowers or gifts just your thoughts and prayers.
