(survived by Francis Sr.) Palmer; loving grandmother of Ben Kulage (Courtney Gilliam), Francis "Spike" Kulage Jr. (Lisa Largent), and Charles Kulage; great-grandmother of Charles Kulage II; our dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
