Beloved husband of Diane M. Potthoff (nee Van Dillen); loving father of Tina (Kent) Pollpeter; grandfather of Anna and Henry Pollpeter; brother of Larry, Walter Jr, and JoAnn; brother-in-law of James (Donna) Van Dillen, Mark (Kathy) Van Dillen, and the late Ruth Biri, and the late Michael Van Dillen; our dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many.

Ronald grew up in Overland, MO Graduating from Ritenour High School in 1961. He was a very proud veteran of the United States Army. He was also very proud of his time spent with Union Electric and Ameren before retiring from a career as a lineman. He spent his spare time on many hobbies, including yard work, and collecting antiques and toys. He was known to be the planner of family trips. Ron will be remembered as a loving soul who spent time with not only his family but pets and other animals as well.

Visitation Sunday, May 21, 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Service, 7:00 PM, at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Interment Monday, May 22, 11:30 AM from Collier's Funeral Home to Jefferson Barracks, 12:30 PM.
