Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mercedes Merick; Husband, Fredrick Payne; daughter, Debra Payne; son-in-law, Jesse.

Rozella is survived by her children; Barbara Bristol, Nancy Payne, Wanda (Terry) Lancaster, Leslie (Tom) Twyman. Rozella was also grandmother to 9, great-grandmother to 8, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and a friend to many.

Rozella spent many years volunteering with Pattonville School District. She was also a long-time member of Fee Fee Baptist Church.

Visitation Thursday, October 13, 10:00 AM until time of funeral service 12:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Interment at Fee Fee Cemetery.

in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Meals on Wheels program at Fee Fee Baptist Church.
