It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Sandra Marie Hanley (Cook), a beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend, who died peacefully on September 11, 2026 in the arms of her family. Born on August 17, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri, Sandy built a life full of laughter, dancing, generosity, motherhood, and service to the Lord. 

Her family will remember her immeasurable strength, beautiful smile, breathtaking humor, picky eating, and her love for animals, Taco Bell, Donny Osmond, musicals, and devotion to Christ. The way she loved so radiantly and unconditionally will live within us forever. 

She is survived by her husband Steven, her Daughter Robin, her brother David, and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Buford Dale and Dorothy ‘Dot’ Cook, and Aunt Edith Harrison. 

Services will be held at Colliers Funeral Home on Thursday September 17th from 4-8pm and Friday September 18th at 9:30am.
