Steven Martin Hodge passed away on October 13th, 2025 at the age of 77. He was a Bronze Star Army and Air Force veteran serving in Vietnam for the former, having a career as a programmer analyst and ultimately retiring as a federal employee working at the social security administration. He was a loving and compassionate spouse and father and was an admired member of various communities, being a lifetime member of VFW post 3944. A devout Catholic, in 1986 completed the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) at All Souls parish. He was later a member of Saint Gregory the Great and Saint Jude parishes and attends mass regularly at the Carmelite Monastery.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Beasley Hodge, and his son John Gerard Hodge as well as siblings and their spouses Sandra & Joseph Warner, Joseph & Geralyn Hodge, Randall & the late Rochelle Hodge and John & Nancy Hodge in addition to his siblings in-law the late Thomas Hughes Beasley Jr, John & Janette Beasley, Carl Joseph Beasley, Edward & Karen Beasley, Priscilla & Terry Fischer, Mary Patricia Beasley & Richard Zorn and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral Mass Monday, October 20, 9:30 AM at Holy Spirit Church, 3130 Parkwood Ln. Maryland Heights. Visitation Sunday, October 19, 4:00-8:00 PM at COLLIER'S Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
