Dear daughter of the late Walter and Theresa Viehmann. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, neighbor, and friend. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Rugger. She is survived by one sister, Margaret Fulkerson. Dear mother of Becki Zykan, Natalie Byington(Bob), Perry Rugger(Angie), Rex Rugger, Jeffery Rugger(the late Debbie), and Mindy Jackson(Rob). Loving grandmother of Amber Finkelstein(Eric), Arinn Kirchoff(Joe), Ashlee Stollhans-Zykan, Lindsay Pont(Jeremy), Lesley Rugger, Brock Byington(Abi), Brett Byington(Macy), and Reese Jackson. Great grandmother of Miranda, Addie, Rae, Cole, Will, Max, Mo, Brady, Kenzi, Sam, Charley, Hudson, Beck, Knox, Boone, and Emmy.

Ginny loved to be with her family. She enjoyed playing poker, putting together jigsaw puzzles, watching The Real Housewives, and going to the casino. Ginny loved summer, playing washers, eating ice cream, and singing along with country songs at the farm. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Visitation Tuesday, June 1, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Funeral service Wednesday, June 2, 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Evangelical Church, 9801 Olive Blvd.
