On October 6th, 2023, Vera F. Ruesler went to join her Heavenly Father. Vera was born to Otto and Ella Miesner on February 12th, 1927 in Brazeau, Missouri, a day in which the world became a little brighter. Vera lived a full and warm life, filled with joy. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Beloved wife of the late Delmar Ruesler; dearest mother of Rick (Kathy) and the late Lew (survived by Michele); loving sister of Ruth Ann Shannon, Arlene Lohmann, the late Clint Miesner, Elmer Miesner, Lilly Ochs, Gib Miesner, Bill Miesner, Don Miesner, and Ed Miesner; grandmother of John (Julie), Matt (Sydney), and Mike Ruesler; great grandmother of Sadie, Ava, Lila, Eric, Mya, and Lewis; dear aunt, cousin and dear friend to many.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9135 Shelley Ave, Overland, MO 63114.

Visitation Saturday, October 14, 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service, 11:00 AM, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9135 Shelley Ave (Overland). Private entombment. Luncheon to follow funeral service at 12:30 PM at Lombardo's Restaurant, 10488 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134.
