Virginia "Ginger" E. Johnston (nee Shean) of Maryland Heights, Missouri, born on May 21,1935 passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the age of 89.

She was the beloved daughter of Francis and Mary Shean; cherished mother of Gigi (Jim) Hassos, the late Catherine (Ronald) Murphy, John (Myunghee) Eimes; and the late Michael Eimes; devoted sister of Richard (Sandy) Shean, Ellen (Eddie) Keane, and the late Kevin, Larry, Johnny, Mary, Patsy, Sally, and Frank Shean; proud and loving grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 20, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

She had a passion for travel and was a woman of deep Catholic faith, finding strength and comfort in the Blessed Mother.

A Mass of Memorial to honor Ginger's life will be held on Friday, March 7, 10:00 AM at All Souls Catholic Church, 9550 Tennyson Ave, Overland, MO 63114.

May she rest in the eternal peace of God's embrace.
