William Joseph Donahoe III was born July 9, 1944.  He passed away at home under the care of his wife Joyce Donahoe on January 29, 2021 after a 6 month battle with heart failure.  He leaves one son, Brian Donahoe; 1 step daughter & husband, Tracy & Tim Nelson; step son & wife, Clint & Kim Elder along with 3 granddaughters & 1 great grandson.

Bill and Joyce were married for 20 years and grew old together in Overland Missouri.  Bill was a proud US Postal Carrier for 33 years.  After retirement he drove a school bus for Pattonville school district for 9 years.  In his spare time he participated in Civil Air Patrol, Coast Guard Auxiliary, and amateur radio operator.

Bill was devout Christian and has been attending St. Jude parish the past 2 years.  Prior to that he attended St. Mark's UMC in Florissant, Mo. with Joyce.  He passed knowing the Lord and ready to enter the Lord's kingdom.  Rest in peace Bill.  We love you.

Visitation Friday, Feb. 5th 10:00 AM until time of service 12:00 Noon at COLLIER'S Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Interment St. Paul Churchyard Cemetery.
