William (Bill) Uffman

Beloved husband of the late Ella Mae Uffman; loving father of Vicki (Raymond) Schmitz and Karol (Mike) Dunham; loving grandfather of Shelli  Avenevoli (Kevin Conway), Craig (Lisa) Avenevoli, Stacy (DJ) Kliethermes, Abbey Dilallo; step-grandfather of Steven and Melanie Schmitz, Kyle, Colleen and Kevin Dunham; loving great grandfather of Max and Fiona Conway, Ryan and Tyler Kliethermes, Giovani, Giana and Geno Avenevoli.

William proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Bill loved playing golf with family and friends, and enjoyed playing poker with his great grandchildren. Bill always looked forward to birthdays and holidays so he could spend precious time with his family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association .

Visitation Tuesday, March 16, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd (St. Ann). Funeral Service Wednesday, March 17, 12:00 Noon at Collier's Funeral Home. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
